Zebra and leopard

It's no secret that I love animal print *blush*, so to celebrate Fashion Week at the tip of Africa I wore two of my favorite animal prints! Zebra and leopard! It's the easiest print combo to pull off - it's classic and goes well with black. I paired a zebra print blouse (designed and made by me) with a leopard print clutch, my favorite black blazer, black jeans and patent pointy shoes. A more subtle way of pairing the two prints, is to wear a simple black dress with zebra print shoes and leopard print clutch or vice versa. Another subtle way is to wear a belt and shoes of each print with black trousers and black or white blouse. There are many ways to wear these two together, experiment and find the look you love. It's a great way to inject some sass into your wardrobe without overdoing it!

White shoes

Don't be afraid of white shoes! They don't bite! White shoes can be daunting...so I've given you two looks to work with this week! I love pairing it with blazers and did just that at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week! Look 1 Modern Chic - I styled Mpho in a black patterned jumpsuit, white blazer and white sandals with a chunky wooden heel (so in right now). Look 2 Street Style - For myself, I went with a casual printed black vest, leopard print tracksuit pants, white pointy shoe, black blazer (from my clothing label Zeenat Arieff) and gold and silver accessories. White shoes have the potential to add an unexpected chicness to any outfit if worn right! A foolproof way to wear it is with an impeccably tailored suit and simple white tee. When you go white, always go for classic styles in real leather. Stay away from shiny/plasticy looking white shoes...Eeek! It doesn't make any outfit look good...
